   Launch Tracking System Implementation (Smartsheet, Asana): Developed and implemented a scalable launch tracking system covering 120+ tasks across 17 stakeholders over a 9-month launch cycle. Transitioned platform from Asana to Smartsheet to automate task reminders, enable real-time updates, and connect stakeholder tracking. Reduced manual follow-up and saved over 5 hours per week. Optimized meeting structure to prioritize decision-making and milestone alignment- Fulfillment Center Launch Management: Tracked the launch of Amazon’s first RSR+ fulfillment center model to support same-day delivery in rural and super-rural regions. Successfully launched 5 sites in 2024; currently managing pipeline for 6 retrofit and 35 new-build sites in 2025. Delivered onsite support for operational readiness, risk mitigation, and go-live execution- RSR+ Annual Strategic Summit: Initiated and led the first annual RSR+ Summit to align across cross-functional teams on strategic goals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and scalable practices. Facilitated leadership discussions resulting in measurable goals adopted by senior leadership. Delivered documentation and long-term project roadmaps- Program Communications and Reporting: Manage all RSR+ program communications, including weekly program updates and launch announcements sent to 300+ stakeholders.
