Reported the VP of Diversity and Sr. Director of Diversity, I built and managed the global Employee Resource Group program for Snap Inc. With 28 chapters spanning 11 countries, I was the engine that drives & innovates structure overseeing a large budget to make sure underrepresented group initiatives can thrive at Snap. In this role, I\'m frequently engaging with the Executive Team, over 20 ERG Director Level+ Sponsors, 56 Leads & ERG Members across all internal markets. Additionally, I worked with additional teams to help scale and quantify ERG impact at Snaps overall ROI. Other projects as a DEI Manager included supporting the launch and creation of Wheelchair Bitmoji\'s, aid the execution of a Global DEI Summit based on our ACT Report, travel to partners including UK\'s Parliament; and act as DEI decision maker with teams such as Policy, Marketing, and Communication teams to name just a few. I brought with me to tough conversations relatability, a listening ear, a strategic mind, and humor when appropriate. I\'m an expert at scaling empathy using smart, kind & creative strategies.
