Director and owner of Team Educate & Team Healthcare, with over 10 years experience within the industry and a further 5 years experience within the teaching sector. Began as a trainee consultant straight out of university after graduation as a teacher with QTS and quickly built up a profitable desk from the ground up and became one of the top billers within the South West. After then leaving to set up Team Educate, there was a clear mission - to build the best agency within education and provide the best staff and service in the locations we cover. Team Educate was formed in 2019 shortly before the pandemic. Since opening, we have grown from strength to strength, hiring talented individuals to help build a trusted brand within the education sector and in May 2025 branched out into Healthcare and formed Team Healthcare. We are an agency with an outstanding reputation and are trusted among a multitude of schools, colleges, early years settings and education and healthcare establishments in Bristol, Wales and Devon.
