Sovereign\'s Capital is a U.S-based venture capital and private equity firm. Since 2012, we\'ve invested in more than 55 companies across three funds. We back outstanding values-driven leadership teams building successful companies by caring for their teams and other stakeholders. Funds 1 and 2 invested in venture-stage tech companies across B2B software, medtech, consumer products, and tech-enabled products. We currently invest from Fund 3. In addition to making more binary Seed and Series A tech investments, Fund 3 also takes equity positions in mature, profitable companies through secondary recapitalizations, minority growth equity, and full buyouts. I lead our venture stage investments, serving entrepreneurs who build products and cultures to \"love their neighbor\" and change the world.
