I help bring commercial real estate projects to life in East Idaho — from raw land to fully built, leased, and operating assets.As Owner & Chief Development Officer at Trellis Development, I focus on assembling the full puzzle required to make projects work: land, capital, tenants, design, construction, leasing, and long-term ownership strategy. Our team partners closely with landowners, investors, brokers, and operators to create developments that are both thoughtfully designed and financially sound.A large part of my work is partnering with generational and family landowners who have owned property for decades and want more than a simple sale. We structure projects that allow families to participate in development, generate long-term income, and build a legacy through real estate. Many of the businesses we help place into our projects also become investment partners, which creates strong alignment and better outcomes.Our projects span retail centers, headquarters buildings, business parks, and flex space across Rexburg, Rigby, Idaho Falls, and the broader East Idaho corridor — including high-traffic highway exits and long-term growth nodes. We enjoy working with both national brands and local entrepreneurs, helping each find the right location and right structure to grow.Before Trellis, my background was in scaling brands and businesses. I helped grow Bish’s RV from 9 to 23+ locations as part of the executive team, and previously served as Global Marketing Director for the BFGoodrich brand at Michelin, working on global product launches, partnerships, and growth strategy.
