About Jake Field
I\'m a Financial Management student at Clemson University with a passion for building at the intersection of finance and technology. While my academic foundation is in finance, I\'ve been writing code for 8 years and have spent the last few years turning that into real products: SaaS tools, automated workflows, and software used by real people. My biggest obsession right now is using AI to eliminate repetitive processes. Whether it\'s automating research, streamlining operations, or removing friction from workflows that shouldn\'t require human attention, I believe the biggest leverage in business today is knowing what to automate and how to do it well. I founded FlipForce, a SaaS platform for online resellers, and have hands-on experience across the full stack: Python, Node.js, API integrations, and payment infrastructure. I bring a finance brain to technical problems and a builder\'s mindset to business ones. Always open to connecting with founders, operators, and anyone building something interesting.
