Everything I do is to help people help people.I use the many tools in my toolkit (community organizing, extraordinary gatherings, classroom lessons, cultural experiences, community-centered art-making, and – yes – traditional volunteer opportunities) to plant seeds of possibility for folks looking to build a more just and joyful world.I’ve worn innumerable hats in service of this mission:(1) creative direction & production of live events / programs / gatherings / curriculums of all kinds(2) relationship and partnership-building with a wide range of local and national stakeholders(3) company culture & care activities (including management of staff / interns / volunteers)(4) fundraising(5) public-facing & internal communications(6) joyI pride myself on working at every scale – whether that means co-managing a $600K arts nonprofit budget or running the most human (+ most efficient) coat check in Brooklyn.I am the co-founder and board president of the QT Library – a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and volunteer-led collective working to bring a brick-and-mortar LGBTQIA+ library and substance-free community space for the queer and trans community to Boston. I also work with private clients as a professional organizer, decluttering coach, and compassionate reset facilitator.I honed my skills as an arts worker and educator at Under the Radar, Forklift Danceworks, Marty Pottenger’s Art At Work, Pomegranate Arts, the Office for the Arts at Harvard, Central Synagogue, PEAK Performances at Montclair State University, Frieze NYC, the Association of Performing Arts Professionals, and the American Repertory Theater.

   co-built all organizational infrastructure + recruited & onboarded 120-member volunteer collective; co-led successful acquisition of 501(c)(3) nonprofit status, and successful grant apps/fundraising efforts to create sustainable organization for on-track library creationled outreach & partnership development campaign with hundreds of local & national stakeholders; built / managed budget; co-led successful crowdfunding campaigns for $56K & $100K;co-managed all social media; led public-facing info sessions & connected w/ potential partners, funders, team members, & patrons; co-wrote foundational legal documents & all public-facing copy
