   Build and lead a global DTC engineering organization from zero to a multi-disciplinary internal team, transitioning from full outsourcing to in-house ownership across Salesforce Cloud platform, and migrations.Own a global vendor strategy and commercial management across support, QA, development, DevOps, CDN, monitoring, and media platforms, including contract negotiation, budget ownership, and legal and financial accountability.Partnered with SF professional services on the migration of three eCommerce sites from Intershop to Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OMS, delivering complex content migrations, cutovers, and performance optimization on a shared global codebase.Delivered a six-week migration from Akamai to Cloudflare, improving CDN performance, simplifying operational governance, and introducing managed DNS and CDN support.Provided senior architectural leadership for a unified global eCommerce platform supporting approximately 15 sites, balancing platform consistency with regional market requirements.Established full operational ownership of 24/7 eCommerce platforms, introducing monitoring, alerting, incident management, and executive communication processes where none previously existed.Introduced formal change and release governance, including CAB processes across Commerce Cloud, OMS, and CDN, significantly reducing risk and improving stakeholder visibility and control.Implemented agile delivery and DevOps practices, bringing development in-house, improving speed to market, increasing transparency into delivery and testing, and strengthening collaboration with business stakeholders.
