ABOUT JAKE RONDOT
My passions are business leadership, sport and physical activity, community development, and volunteerism. To this end I have spent the past 25 years studying, working, and volunteering; committed to having a positive impact through each new opportunity and adventure I’ve been afforded. In my working life I’m committed to leading in excellence through each function of the business process - from product development through to consumer purchase. At Human Kinetics we are dedicated to expanding access to, and the understanding of, physical activity, fitness and sport in Canada. We are able to do this with the support of a dynamic team of thinkers and doers. We build partnerships, strengthen organizational capacities, support the sales and promotional efforts of our vendors, and seek out new and impactful content created by and for Canadians. I also find great reward in devoting my skills to use across a variety of other professional and volunteer endeavours. College and university lecturing in sport management, speaking engagements, event consultation, and community building through board member and chair roles, are examples of the work I undertake to effect positive change where possible.
