When we launched our new facility, I partnered with safety, operations, transportation, and planning to design workflows from the ground up. Together, we set up key metrics and KPIs that gave us real-time insight into our performance.To boost our fill rates, I work hand‑in‑hand with replenishment and supply chain teams, tackling inventory discrepancies, PO issues, and quality concerns on the spot. Moreover, I monitor and report departmental KPIs, leading continuous improvement initiatives to reduce shrink, minimize lost productivity, and improve cost per unit (CPU).* Standardized inbound PO management practices, positioning the site as network benchmark for operational excellence.* Resolved customer complaints through structured root cause analysis and successful implementation of corrective actions.* Ensure facility compliance through daily audits covering product quality, food safety, pest control, and customer satisfaction.* Managed inventory of 30K+ SKUs through daily cycle counts, in-depth investigations, root cause analysis, and process checks.* Executed departmental restructure, integrating two additional departments and redefining roles to align with evolving needs.
