ABOUT JAKE MUHLEISEN

There\'s a few things I\'m most proud of: being from Lincoln, raising my beautiful family here, and leading a team that\'s the best at what they do - offering our Nebraska businesses (and beyond) game-changing service and financial solutions, making them and our communities stronger. Teamwork has always been important to me. My experience as a Nebraska Basketball teammate showed me the magic that can happen when teammates take ownership and work together toward an ultimate goal. And that’s exactly what our commercial lending team does: we encourage and support one another, constantly striving to uplift our clients, their businesses, and the communities we serve. For me, there\'s nothing better than when our teammates say they\'re proud to work at UBT. We empower them with the tools they need to do great work and build our communities, all while promoting the values we know matter: faith, family, and work—in that order.My wife and two daughters mean the world to me. I love nothing more than a simple night at home with them, including a good dinner and a movie. Fun fact: I\'m a huge Grateful Dead fan, and I\'m convinced Jack Straw is one of the greatest songs of all time.
