Provide job placements utilizing the Refugee Support Services Program Grant worth $2.5 million a year, with $1 Million being performance based.Manage multiple grantrs including Refugee Support Services Program, Ukraine Supplemental Appropriation to Resettlement Agencies (USARA) and Mother Cabrini Grant-Completed 92 job placements with in 6 months of 2025 completing 86% of the target goal for the calendar year-Provided over 200 jobs placements in the year of 2024. 73 of the job placements took place from September to December 2024. Exceeded targets set for 90 day retentions and Self Sufficiency rates for 2024-Lead a team that produced 46 job placements in Q1 2025. Generated over $150K of unrestricted revenue for the agency by capturing billable services. Produced over $250K in unrestricted revenue in Q2 2025. Q3 had 48 Job Placements, 33 90-Day retentions and 16 Self Sufficiency’s producing over $250k of performance-based services resulting in unrestricted funds for the agency-Panel Speaker at Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association (BNHRA). Participated in reverse job fair, bringing awareness of workforce development agencies to employers in WNY-Managed operations and provided training to staff increasing grant compliance.
