At Elemental Talent, we focus on chemicals, materials, plastics, clean tech, and other industrial segments. Each of my colleagues specializes in certain functional areas, including operations, commercial, engineering, innovation/R&D, EHS, general management, etc. We don\'t do \"searches\". We run and support marketing campaigns. We help companies identify talent, capture important data, build their employment brand, and reduce their costs and risk around hiring. We back that up with value-based pricing and a 7-year replacement program. We help passive and active talent launch campaigns with coaching, resumes, strategizing, and company introductions.
