I began my Walmart journey in 2013 as a high school student, and over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to explore multiple roles within the company. After earning my degree in Business Administration, I found my passion in Human Resources—where I’ve been dedicated to empowering associates and helping them realize their full potential.One of my guiding principles comes from Sam Walton, who said, “Outstanding leaders go out of their way to boost the self-esteem of their personnel. If people believe in themselves, it’s amazing what they can accomplish.” I strive to live that every day.Our associates are the heart of Walmart. My mission is to inspire and support them—encouraging bold goals, collaborative growth, and career exploration.
