It’s fair to say that most, if not all, companies aim for growth in their YoY revenue. Depending on the company, achieving this goal is most often accomplished by focused execution on specifically impactful measurables-As a Sales Professional, delivering sustainable top line revenue growth and profitability is my main focus. I believe building mutually beneficial partnerships with each client is an effective and efficient way to capture the forementioned deliverables. In 2017, I orchestrated an opportunity analysis of a previously unserved market in Northern Arizona. My findings suggested if I could earn 15% of the market’s trust in being serviced remotely, our company stood to gain a lucrative return from investing in the implementation of a remotely serviced market. Through the construction of trusted partnerships, I captured over 45% of the Northern Arizona market share. The three territory segments I was now managing, saw a collective revenue increase of 107% in YoY Growth.In 2018, I was in a new role where I refocused my sales process to uncover the pain points of each client. By diagnosing each client’s underlying pain points, I was able to construct upstanding partnerships by positioning my value as a trusted advisor. Through this approach I captured an unprecedented 86.5% of the Southern California market share. Also surpassing my annual quotas in all three categories (Revenue, Volume, and Conversions), within the first two quarters of the fiscal year-“What gets measured gets managed.”
