I help emerging companies and investors navigate the legal complexities of building, funding, and scaling businesses from formation to exit.My background: I started my career at Kirkland & Ellis working on complex corporate transactions for large institutions. After realizing I wanted to work with founders and investors building the next generation of companies rather than advising established institutions, I pivoted my practice to focus on emerging companies and venture capital.
