Actively working on all things IT with in-depth experience in a number of other operational areas, including- IT and technology ranging from end-user tech and engagement, through to high-level enterprise systems, cyber security, hardware, cloud and “as a service” such as SaaS, UCaaS, IaaS, etc, networking, software including development, business continuity (BCDR), and collaboration including audio-visual and teleconferencing systems- transformational change, from requirements and business analysis through to DevOps and the management of complex hybrid tech platforms, engaging with diverse and conflicting stakeholders to ensure the best value from resources and technology investments- facilities and real estate, including delivery of an industry-leading flexible working strategy in response to the post-pandemic world, and numerous office move and refurb projects from scoping and building search, cat B tendering and project management, right through to day two and beyond- risk, compliance, and data protection, where I have been responsible for initial and on-going compliance with GDPR, UK Data Protection Act 2018, and international privacy law, as well as leading in-house legal counsel and maintaining Cyber Essentials Plus certification- working closely with boards, C-suite, and senior directors on a range of other projects such as acquisitions, large-scale tenders, and broader organisational strategy.
