Risk & Compliance Manager working in the NHS within Corporate Governance; focusing on Enterprise Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance. Working to promote quality assurance, implement an effective risk strategy and supporting continuous improvement.I have previously worked as a Governance Facilitator for diagnostic and clinical support services. This involved co-ordinating risks, incidents, serious incidents, complaints and claims for the services; being the first point-of-contact for staff, patients and relatives on any governance queries. I also have a strong interest in the legal and criminal justice fields, with a degree in Criminology & Forensic Investigation, including areas of study such as: DVI, Law, Forensic Psychology and Crime Scene Management.
