As a seasoned NC Programmer with experience in aerospace manufacturing, I have dedicated my career to developing skills in innovative machining processes and optimizing production techniques. My journey has seen me collaborate closely with industry veterans, particularly in advancing programs like SLS/Artemis. I am so fortunate to have began my career at a time when these veterans had not yet retired. My passion for innovation drives my focus at improving manufacturing processes and delivering high quality aerospace components. I am always excited to collaborate on challenging projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible in manufacturing.

   Jun 2021 — Present

   Innovative Process Development: Partnered with a Shuttle program manager to create modern, efficient processes for the SLS/Artemis program, leveraging valuable insights from the Shuttle program.Cutting-Edge Machining: Engineered a new process using a custom 7-axis Ingersoll mill to machine a 29’ diameter, thin-walled (.187”) custom aluminum alloy part. This component is now a critical element of the Exploration Upper Stage (EUS) of the Artemis rocket, set to launch in 2025.Along with opportunities to improve production processes through invention of shop aids and improved rocket components.
