About Jake Dwyer
Most of my career has been spent at the leading edge of technology, bridging the gap between what\'s emerging on the frontier and the companies that can most benefit from it. At HyperScience, that meant helping build one of the first enterprise AI platforms. At Two Sigma, it meant commercializing machine learning for institutional investors. At GSR, it meant building an investment and technology platform inside a global financial services firm. At Factor Capital, it means investing in early-stage companies working on problems most of the market hasn\'t caught up to yet.The common thread is a belief that transformative technology creates value only when someone translates it into real operations, real products, and real revenue. I like being early to things that matter, and I like doing the work of turning a technical advantage into a business leverage.I\'ve been working hands-on with AI and ML since 2015. What started as product work has become part of how I operate day-to-day. It gives me a practical view of what AI can actually do for a business right now versus what\'s still mostly noise.
