My experiences during my more than 30 years in the accounting, finance, IT and nonprofit sectors inspired me to focus my talents on consulting, programming and teaching. I have worked my way up the corporate ladder, so I know that every employee must contribute abundant energy, enthusiasm, and talent to create a healthy and successful company. I believe this \"force\" is alive and well, so it is my goal to lead my team and channel their talents and energy towards delivering a top tier product or service.I also understand that customer service means more than simply delivering on a stated promise. Excellent customer service requires sensitivity to the client\'s needs, being able to understand and anticipate them, developing a relationship that helps the client approach me without hesitation, and then provide an outcome in a timely manner.
