I am a lifelong learner that has what it takes to lead the design and development of mechanical components and systems and small businesses from the early concept phase through product realization and deployment which is exemplified by my professional background and characterized by the following: • A mechanical design engineer with 14+ years experience developing mechanical systems for spacecraft and aircraft with a demonstrated history of innovation and leadership. • Extensive experience in mechanism design and systems engineering, hardware build and test, and final verification and validation. • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex developments in fast paced and high pressure environments with significant resource limitations (including financial). • Personal design and problem solving approach that balances the creative, analytical, intuitive, and logical aspects of engineering to produce results without over engineering the solution. • Traits include a passionate, results driven, innovative, detail oriented, resourceful, and tireless.
