1. Superintendent - Chi Health Center Expansion

   200M expansion of the CHI Health Center. The planned expansion will add square feet to the convention center, with new, state-of-the-art facilities. This will include 25 additional meeting rooms, significantly boosting Omaha’s ability to host high-profile events. The two-level addition will feature expansive glass walls and modern design elements that showcase stunning views of the Missouri River.Superintendent responsible for overseeing structural steel, intumescent paint, fireproofing, roofing, and elevator / escalator scopes of work. Assisted subcontractors with work plans, fall protection plans, and crane pick plans. Planned and coordinated self-perform work for column concrete encasements. This involved developing a formwork design, calculating pour pressures / pour heights for each column location, and developing a chain hoist lift plan to ensure the forms could be erected at each column location safely and with adequate headroom clearance. Served a supplementary role as Temporary Structures & Construction Devices (TSCD) Coordinator for the project. This involved coordinating the conceptualization, design, design review, and installation / inspection of systems and devices that are not specified by contract documents but are required for the execution of the work. This included items such as crane working surfaces, temporary bracing for steel erection, concrete formwork, stair towers, landing platforms, etc.
