I help equip builders with the knowledge needed to maintain patient safety while leading successful healthcare projects.Nineteen years ago I was fresh out of Virginia Tech starting my full time career in the Construction Industry. I’ve now led 55+ successful healthcare renovation turnovers while working for national GCs and have transitioned to a full time professional training role. Why I teach:Although patient safety is always a critical focus on all healthcare projects, I see (and previously experienced) a lack of all-encompassing training available for builders on active campus healthcare projects. Although there are excellent ICRA trainings available in the industry, patient safety can be severely impacted even with textbook infection control measures in place. I’ve gained knowledge and lessons learned critical for patient and worker safety that I’m passionate about teaching to builders around the world.
