ABOUT JAKE MOORE
I am a senior at The University of Alabama, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Professional Accounting, and minors in Spanish and Political Science. I will be eligible to sit for the CPA Exam upon graduation in May 2026.My internship with River Bank and Trust sparked my interest in financial institutions and provided hands-on experience in customer service, client relationship management, financial accounting, and commercial lending.As a K-12 tutor and tutoring class leader with the Culverhouse School of Accountancy\'s LIFT Program, I am able to pursue my passion for expanding access to education in rural and underserved communities. Through this role, I work closely with students from Tuscaloosa County schools, fostering academic growth and mentorship opportunities. I am able to continue my passion for education through tutoring UA athletes in accounting, finance, and economics at Bill Battle Academic Center, contributing to the second-highest Academic Progress Rate in the nation.
