A relationship-builder at heart, I strive to build strong connections and solve problems for CPG innovators. As an avid learner, I have a voracious appetite to sharpen my craft inside and outside of the office. I am uber-passionate about employee engagement and organizational leadership – especially at early-stage companies and startups. At SPINS, we help brands get on shelf, succeed on shelf and innovate ahead of trendsToday, I am leading the BDR Team and playing a strong role in our Revenue Acceleration to scale our growth as a business. So, what else? I volunteer for a number of causes, like Experience Camps, am always up for networking (virtually or in-person), geek out on sales process and enablement and am a huge coffee snob.
