I manage and monitor Microsoft licensing agreements, find solutions for networking, datacenter, security, and hardware lifecycles, and align consultation services with SHI and vendor experts. I also assist with general hardware and IT procurement, ensuring that my customers get the best value and quality for their IT needs.I have a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, which has helped me develop strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. I have always been passionate about providing excellent customer service and satisfaction, which I honed through my previous experience as a server at Topgolf and a lead security officer at Allied Universal. I enjoy bringing positivity, professionalism, and expertise to all of my valuable customers, and I strive to keep learning and growing in the IT field.
