As a Business Analyst on the North America Azure Migration programme, I supported the transformation of 90+ legacy J&J data assets into Kenvue’s new Azure ecosystem. My role centred on understanding complex supply chain, logistics, and cost data, ensuring each table was fully validated, migrated, and aligned with new business logic.I reviewed every table end-to-end: identifying data sources, confirming primary keys, assessing curation needs, and ensuring the new Azure logic matched historical J&J behaviour. After each sprint, I presented the updated tables to BAU users, completed UAT, and handed back validated assets.Following the success of the migration, I was extended as a lead member of the External Data Asset (EDA) team, responsible for onboarding critical third-party data from vendors such as DHL, Kuehne + Nagel, CT Logistics and Green Mountain. I oversaw the ingestion of L0 raw data, partnered with the business to build reusable L1 curated assets, wrote user stories, supported developers during scrums, and resolved data issues directly with SMEs.I also contributed to L2 semantic models used across the organisation for reporting and decision-making, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational needs.Data quality was a core focus. I implemented DQ rules in the L0 layer to block erroneous or inconsistent external data from flowing downstream and impacting analytics or dashboards.I additionally led the Geolocation initiative for Cost to Serve (CTS). Working with Google and Microsoft, I built an asset that calculated distances between all distinct “ship from → ship to” pairs via API, a key input for CO₂ emissions reporting. To ensure reliability, I collaborated with regional SMEs to fix SAP source data issues that impacted API performance.
