My role bridges strategy, field readiness, and emerging technologies—especially AI integration—across 460+ OBT projects worldwide.Key responsibilities include-Supervising global OBT operations and aligning systems for efficiency and impact-Coordinating FCBH’s internal AI Task Force and field testing of cutting-edge tools-Supporting professional development within the OBT team and wider partner networks-Championing cross-organizational collaboration across global partnerships, recording teams, and content operationsI’m honored to help steward this next chapter of growth at FCBH, building on decades of Scripture engagement and innovation—and joining a team deeply committed to reaching every person with the hope of Christ in their own language.
