Promoted to estimator, subsequently progressed to the position as accounting coordinator, continuing to project accountant and most recently accounting manager. Real Estate- Responsible for a portfolio encompassing over 1.5M square feet of leasable space, with over 175 tenants, with a fair market value in excess of $860MM located in 4 states (California, Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii). Day to day activities included CAM reconciliation\'s, large depreciation schedules, current/non-current loan schedules. Completed 3 capital improvement projects in Northern California and Hawaii.
