Coach process improvement, set performance goals, and develop recruiting strategies for team of 4 direct reports as Team Lead • Serve as Industrial Machinery Practice Area Lead/SME • Manage the Full-Cycle Recruiting process from start to finish, including job postings, sourcing candidates, phone screening, assisting in interview set-up and preparation, salary and benefits negotiations, offer letter creation and presentation, pre-employment background screenings, reference checks, and assisting with the onboarding process • Perform nationwide Full-Cycle recruiting in a VMS and non-VMS environment for a wide range of Direct Hire and Contract positions in fields including but not limited to: Engineering, IT, Manufacturing Leadership, Accounting, logistics, and Business Professional • Track and manage candidates through Bullhorn ATS system • Effectively source candidates through sourcing tools such as networking, university job boards, Indeed, Careerbuilder, DICE, Monster, and Linkedin recruiter. • Develop, implement and evaluate innovative, proactive and responsive sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high quality candidates; pursue passive candidates via cold calling methods • Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly goals in submittals, client interviews, offers, and hires. • Coordinate and attend university career fairs • Recruit for Fortune 500 companies and top automotive OEM’s such as Ford, Toyota, and GM • Created and led “Kelly Talks” training and development subcommittee. This involved finding SME’s on multiple best recruiting practices, coordinating the development of a department wide presentation with the SME’s and subcommittee, and hosting that presentation every month
