WW Selling Partner Services - Finance Analytics Advisory & Legal (CFAA Team) I lead a BI team (Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and Program Managers) responsible for reviewing and signing off on data pipelines tracking critical metrics, owning design of metric and reporting controllership mechanisms for WW Seller Partner Services, and managing a portfolio of 250+ VP level goals. In providing controllership over metrics and reporting, we perform \"Data Quality Review\" audits of calculation logic and experiment design for customer trust and abuse related metrics - signing-off on the statistical significance, code base, and manual processes of our most critical metrics published externally (e.g. by Amazon public relations), or going to Amazon\'s Board of Directors. Reviewed metric data pipelines are then onboarded to our \"Metric Catalog\" QuickSight dashboard to automate reporting to senior leadership - including verified definitions, callouts regarding calculation risks, trend monitoring, and automated anomaly detection. In 2020, expanding team scope, I then launched and designed Amazon\'s \"Legal Bulk Data Request Program\"- providing dedicated support for legal, and owning data production and development of self-service automation tools for legal bulk data requests (e.g. in response to court orders or regulator engagements).
