WSDOT Fish Barrier Removal Project -WSDOT is in the process of designing and constructing fish-passable structures at several hundred existing culvert sites, with the aim of giving salmon and steelhead a fighting chance for survival. Jake is the engineer-in-charge of the Northwest Region\'s preliminary geologic scoping and initial design effort, working with our team of geologists and WSDOT staff to assess each site and reduce project risk.
