As General Manager, I am responsible for the Football Hub at Derby Racecourse. Some of my responsibilities include: Managing and training staff who deliver multiple levels of football programmes across all spectrums of the business. Working closely with Partner organisations to achieve goals across the board. Liaising with the local councils, FA, and community in order to support any football clubs or local initiatives to succeed at our facility. Driving football sales through marketing to achieve forecasted income. Managing the staff rota. Responsible for the Health and Safety of all staff and visitors on site.
