About Jake Pisarski
Hello! My name is Jake, and I am a people-driven and future-minded Client Success Manager at Mintel. In this position, I have enjoyed and excelled at connecting with clients in a way that maximizes their ability to use our data and insight to strategize for growth and innovation. My love for people-focused work is the driving force that has lead me to some pretty neat opportunities. At University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, I majored in Communication (with concentrations in mediated and interpersonal communication) and minored in Cinema Studies. Both fields of study appealed to my interest in storytelling as means of building community and understanding identities unlike our own. Following graduation, I worked for several years at the Art Institute of Chicago\'s Gene Siskel Film Center in development and marketing. In that capacity, I aided in finding novel ways to connect prospective donors to our organization and created content that brought our mission to patrons in a time when theaters were shuttered due to Covid-19. In April 2021, I began working within the Client Success division at Mintel, the world\'s leading market intelligence agency, which brings us to today.When I\'m not helping my clients achieve their business goals, I\'m probably listening to music, reading a book, watching a movie, or listening to a podcast (I told you I had an interest in storytelling!). Otherwise, I enjoy spending time with my cat, cooking for loved ones, backpacking, and riding my bike around Chicago.
