About Jake Whitley
I’m passionate about serving others. Having been a member of the Boy Scouts of America since I was 6 years old, I find joy and purpose in helping others win and be the best versions of themselves they can be. Currently in the BSA I serve as one of two regional youth representatives, and over the course of 2024 I will travel all over the world leading leadership seminars to help youth and adults develop their leadership skills. In addition to my volunteer work with the BSA, I find other ways to serve others. I am a Team Leader at Chick-fil-A Cypress Towne Lake, where I lead team members to provide a guest experience that many have said feels like a warm hug from the moment they walk through our doors to when they leave. I also work with team members to help them develop plans of action to become the best version of themselves they can be. I currently attend Lone Star College Cypress where I am pursuing a degree in business. In the Spring of 2025 I plan on transferring to a university to pursue a degree in Accounting or Business Management.
