ABOUT JAKE MANDEL
Jake joined CentreCourt in July 2023. Jake\'s responsibilities range across all stages of a project\'s life cycle, including active participation in design development and sales processes through to construction and ensuring exceptional customer care. Moreover, Jake aids in the development and implementation of project-level strategy and diligently monitors budgets and schedules to ensure successful execution and results. Prior to joining CentreCourt, Mr. Mandel was the Vice President of Alignvest Student Housing. As Vice President, Mr. Mandel was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and financing new real estate investment opportunities, as well as overseeing the management of the REIT\'s portfolio. The portfolio of ~7,200 beds was acquired for $1.7 billion. Mr. Mandel earned an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, graduating on the Dean’s Honour List and passing with Distinction. He is also a Board Member at Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center for Holocaust Studies.
