I am currently a Sr. Continuous Improvement Manager at Sherwin-Williams within the Industrial Wood Division. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Management and a minor degree in International Business from the University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business. During my time with Sherwin-Williams, I have completed my Lean, Lean Leadership, ARC (101, 201, Kepner Tregoe, High-Velocity Leadership Trainings, Green Belt and Black Belt certifications.I bring an interesting aspect to my job experience through an international study abroad where I worked as a volunteer marketing intern, leading my own team while living in Italy. I have developed strong communication, important decision-making abilities, ease of learning at an accelerated pace, exceptional problem solving and cross-functional project performance skills that will make me a great asset to your team.
