You know how companies create business plans, but rarely share it and never get it all done? At Petra we put a stop to that behavior! We empower leaders and their teams to scale their organizations and we do this through the facilitation and implementation of Rockefeller Habits.The role of the Accountability Coach is to work alongside a certified Petra Coach while leading organizations through the implementation of the Petra process (a 36 –48-month engagement). We work on the development of the One Page Strategic plan, identify annual and quarterly priorities, create systematic processes to execute on these priorities and develop a culture of purpose, alignment and accountability.
