   At NorthWing Digital, I lead both Operations and Business Development—two sides of the business that, when aligned, help us grow smarter and deliver more value to our clients.I serve as the Integrator on our EOS-driven leadership team, ensuring that our people, processes, and priorities are aligned and moving in the right direction. That means translating big-picture goals into actionable plans, solving roadblocks before they become problems, and making sure our team has what they need to deliver great work.On the business development side, I work closely with clients to understand their goals and build long-term relationships based on trust and results. We often act as an extension of their internal marketing teams—bringing in the strategic and technical expertise they don’t always have in-house.
