ABOUT JAKE LANDRY

I have the independence and motivation to perform duties and responsibilities in a competent and professional manner with attention to detail. I have strong communication and organization skills, a positive attitude and am supportive of teamwork atmosphere. My technical training allows me to take on roles that are often meant for more senior personnel. This makes it very easy for my team to address other site items while I involve myself with assigned commitments. I oversee the execution of many key project elements such as issuing subcontracts, procurement of building material, coordination of work fronts, updating schedules, tracking cost and liaison with the owner’s engineering representatives. I also provide support in complex tasks, coordinate subcontractors and clients, and perform frequent Safety and QA/QC inspections.
