I proudly serve Towill, Inc. as the Southern California Regional Director based in our San Diego, CA office. I am a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in CA and NV and bring 30 years of experience in the Geomatics and Civil Engineering disciplines to our clients and their projects. My project management experience in Southern California and the Southwestern U.S. includes projects in the Public Utility, Public Works, Municipal, Military, and Land Development sectors. Presently I manage multiple on-call land surveying contracts for local agencies and utilities including the City of Vista, the City of San Diego, and SDG & E including the Electric System Hardening (ESH) program and Engineering & Design Groups.My depth of expertise includes managing airborne LiDAR and photogrammetric mapping projects; aerial and geodetic control planning and analysis; cadastral and property boundary measurements, analysis, and monumentation; terrestrial scanning and topographic mapping for design; and construction surveying services including high-rise, industrial, commercial, residential, and transportation.A student of leadership and life, I am an advocate for community and mentorship. I encourage others to grow, succeed, and give back for the benefit of our neighbors, our communities, and future generations.
