I am a passionate hospitality professional with 18 years of experience in the industry and have had the pleasure of working in hotels ranging in size from 300 rooms to 1,200 rooms. My leadership experience spans the entire hotel rooms division within luxury properties as well as union and non-union hotels. Most recently I spent four years as Front Office Manager for a 1,200 room Marriott hotel on the Magnificent Mile in downtown Chicago. From 20••••20 I fulfilled my responsibilities as a Continental Lodging Services (CLS) council member by participating and presenting in quarterly Rooms Cadre meetings for all Chicago market leaders. I loved my most recent role as FOM because it provided me the opportunity to support my front office team within a fast-paced and high volume operation. Our property completed a room/lobby/public space renovation in 2018 and our new and improved product, combined with our experienced team providing amazing customer service, helped secure our place as one of Chicago’s leading hotel properties within Marriott International.
