Lead and manage a high-performing Talent Acquisition team of 8, providing performance management, regular 1:1s, and professional development support.Partner with hiring managers to deliver expert guidance on recruitment best practice, regulatory compliance, and market trends.Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job design, job description creation, job briefings, interview coordination, and candidate experience.Maximise job board utilisation across Indeed, Totaljobs, LinkedIn, and other platforms to attract high-quality talent.Drive strategic recruitment planning aligned to business objectives, including workforce forecasting and pipeline building.Leverage Workday for pipeline management, candidate tracking, reporting, and process optimisation.Deliver talent market insights to inform hiring strategy and enhance decision-making.Lead on the successful implementation of a new in-house staff bank, improving resourcing efficiency and reducing agency spend.Manage and support multiple continuous improvement (CI) projects, ensuring recruitment processes remain efficient, compliant, and candidate-focused.Conduct exit interviews to capture insights and improve retention strategies.Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and legal requirements, including pre-employment checks (DBS, right-to-work/visa, mandatory training).Provide stakeholder management at all levels, building strong relationships across the business to support hiring needs.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment activity.
