2026 marks 20 years of being an employee owner at Messer!During that time, I have spent over 18 years in the cost, planning, and estimating department of Messer after 2 years of project management in field operations. My projects in the field included a hotel and office/tech incubator building. My work in our estimating department centers on the Dayton region as the region\'s lead estimator after having served the same role for the Cincinnati and Charlotte markets for over 8 years.
