About Jake Ferrarini

In May 2023, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Sawyer Business School Honors Program with a degree in Corporate Finance and Data Analytics. During my final semester, I worked as an accounting intern with Ultimus Leverpoint Private Fund Solutions. Upon graduation, I accepted a full-time role at Ultimus Leverpoint as a Staff Accountant. This role includes working with our clients to build their financial statements, complete capital calls and distributions, and manage the accounting for their private investments. My experience at Ultimus, along with the skills acquired from my previous internships, have given me the tools to be successful in a corporate setting. As of August 2024, I attend Suffolk University Law School on a full time basis with the plan of re-entering the private equity fund field from the legal side. Working with private equity funds, I would leverage my client relations experience working with Francisco Partners during my time at Ultimus Leverpoint to find a role at a large corporate law firm.
