ABOUT JAKE EVANS
With over a decade of experience in education, from Subject Teacher to Headteacher, I’ve built my career on developing people, leading with empathy and driving positive change in complex environments.I’ve led on key areas including behaviour, personal development, safeguarding, inclusion and transition always with a focus on building strong, supportive cultures where both students and staff can thrive. My work has been recognised nationally, including an award for student progress and my role as an AQA English Literature examiner.After a period leading in HR where I further developed my skills in people strategy, team development and organisational culture, I returned to education to focus on what first inspired me which was curriculum, literacy and classroom impact. I now lead English and champion reading with a particular focus on improving outcomes and fostering a genuine love of literacy.At the heart of everything I do is a passion for supporting others, developing talent and creating environments where everyone can succeed.
