I recently finished up my undergraduate degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, obtaining a B.S. in Nutrition Exercise and Health Science. I am passionate about fitness and nutrition and love educating others on the benefits of proper nutrition and exercise and how much of an impact they both have on your life. I have been assigned clients for both nutritional and fitness consultations in my coursework here at UNL, both resulting in gratifying results.
