Leading the AtkinsRéalis Midwest Automotive Team to provide a comprehensive range of construction management services included site selection, engineering, estimating, project planning, site supervision, project management, cost control, and scheduling. Projects include production facilities for batteries, electric vehicles, assembly, paint, and small part suppliers. Outside of production facilities the AtkinsRealis team has executed services for laboratories, corporate office spaces, warehouses, and central utility plants. Responsibilities can scale from small engineering requests for 10k -> single element estimating -> project management for $10m building -> Estimating $1.2b office campus -> all the way up to providing full owner representation for $2b battery production campus. These real examples are just a handful of the services we have been providing in the Midwest area in the recent past.
