Key projects include robotic bin loading of various roll formed components, automated Trumpf laser cutting with robotic material handling, automated bin picking with collaborative robots, and development of the assembly tooling and process strategy for prototyping the next generation battery enclosure. MAFACT champion of standardized work and co-champion of lean line design. Promote lean manufacturing principles within sections of responsibility and report out status during quarterly audits.
